This Privacy Policy applies to all data you provide to us or we collect during your use of (the “Website”) and/or your use of PtoP’s online partnership relationship management service (the “Services”), that can be used to identify or contact an individual person (“Personal Information” or “PI”).

As we implement new technology and introduce new services, we will update our Privacy Policy, so we encourage you to review it often. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time without advance notice. When you use the Website or Services, we allow you to provide PI through the Website or Services. We only collect PI about you if you specifically provide it to us. As an example, we request and you may provide us with your first name, last name, phone number and your email address. If you do not wish us to collect this information do not supply it to us.


How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the PI we collect from you to send you information you have requested, to provide you with the requested services,  for improving the Website and Services, , or for our own marketing and research purposes. We may store and process PI for these purposes. For site browsers, IP addresses are automatically recognized, which helps us to understand what areas of the Website or Services are visited and for how long.  We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell any PI to any third party.  Pursuant to California’s “Shine the Light Act,” California residents are permitted to request information about the manner in which we share certain categories of information with third parties for their marketing use. Like most companies, PtoP uses cookies and similar technologies (“cookies”) on the Website to track login information and in some cases speed up the login process.

PtoP takes reasonable precautions to keep the PI disclosed to us secure. We are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties that receive the PI.
